Sowing instructions:

To start growing Brassica oleracea var. botrytis seeds, choose a sunny spot in your garden with well-drained soil. Make sure the soil is rich in organic matter to encourage growth. Before sowing, you can loosen the soil and remove weeds.

The best times for sowing are in spring for a summer harvest or in late summer for a fall or winter harvest. Place the seeds about 1 to 2 centimeters deep in the soil and keep a distance of about 45 to 60 centimeters between the plants to ensure enough space for growth.

Keep the soil evenly moist, but avoid waterlogging as this can lead to fungal diseases. After about 7 to 10 days, the seeds should germinate and you can start caring for your plants.

• Regular watering: Keep the soil evenly moist, especially during dry periods, to promote healthy growth.

• Harvest time: Harvest the cauliflower when the heads are firm and compact, before they start to flower. This ensures the best flavor quality.
