BOrdering and payment methods
You can place an order in our store at any time. You can easily create a customer account, but you don't have to. Orders can also be placed without an account.
You are also welcome to place an order with us by e-mail, if for some reason the processing in the store is not possible.
You will receive an automated order confirmation after placing your order. If not, please let us know: office@gardenshaman.eu
Your order will be processed and shipped by us only (usually after 1-2 days after receipt of money) after it has been paid in full including shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation email from us after successful shipping! If you have not received one, please contact us! If you have placed your order with insured shipping incl. tracking number, you will receive a separate e-mail with your tracking number.
Should you accidentally placed an order or a Error you have made, you can easily inform us about it: office@gardenshaman.eu
Unpaid/incompletely paid orders will not be shipped until we receive the full amount!
If you want to cancel a purchase and get your money back, simply send us an e-mail with your request and your bank account details to office@gardenshaman.eu , so that we can transfer your money back to you.
To pay for your order, you have several payment options, depending on where you are ordering from:
BitcoinWe accept the cryptocurrency Bitcoin. You will receive our BTC address after the order process.
Direct Bank Transfer: Simply transfer the amount by bank transfer from your bank to our account
