Growing instructions:

These seeds are among the light germinators, which is why they need to be covered with soil only very thinly, if at all, if you want them to germinate.

The germination of the seeds can be improved by soaking them in water beforehand!

Fill the seed pots with potting compost, spray with water, place the seeds on the soil, cover only very thinly with soil and spray with water. It is best to cover the seed pots with plastic film and air them daily or keep the soil moist. Otherwise, the pots can also be placed in suitable propagators until the seeds have germinated and the seedlings are a few centimetres tall. It is important to ensure a supply of fresh air at least once a day to prevent and avoid mold.

Needs full sun outdoors, plenty of water and good fertilization!

Once the seeds have germinated, the seedlings can be slowly acclimatized to drier indoor air or fresh air outdoors after a few weeks. The plants need a substrate with good drainage to prevent waterlogging. Under good conditions, the plants can grow to over 2 m outdoors.

We use high-quality plant soil with sufficient perlite, clay granules and/or volcanic stone granules for the plants.
