Sowing instructions

Cut the fruit with a sharp knife, taking care not to damage the stalk.

Their firm, mild consistency and aromatic flavor make them a highlight in Mediterranean and Asian dishes. Fresh eggplants can be kept in the fridge for around 3-5 days. You can also freeze or pickle them to extend their shelf life.
