Sowing instructions

The cultivation of Hippophae rhamnoides-Seeds, also known as sea buckthorn, are an exciting project for any gardening enthusiast. The seeds should be sown in the fall or spring, as they need a cold period to germinate. To promote the germination process, it is best to put the seeds in the fridge for a few weeks (stratification). You can then sow them in potting compost and cover them lightly with soil.
