Harvest, use & storage
You can harvest the first flowers after about a year. It is best to cut them in the morning when the essential oils are at their most intense. The dried flowers are ideal for scented sachets, teas or as decoration. Store the dried lavender flowers in a cool, dark place in airtight containers to preserve the aroma for a long time.
