4. IrrigationKeep the soil evenly moist, but avoid waterlogging as this can impair germination.
5. Light and temperatureEnsure that the seeds receive sufficient light, but avoid direct sunlight in the first few weeks to prevent the young plants from burning. The ideal temperature for germination is between 18°C and 24°C.

• Regular wateringKeep the soil moist, but not too wet, to ensure optimal plant development.
• ThinningAs soon as the seedlings are big enough, thin them out to a distance of about 20 cm to give the plants enough space to grow.
• Harvest timeThe leaves can be harvested all year round, but the best time for harvesting is before flowering, when the aroma is at its most intense.
